A bit of action practice with Royal & an ytb announced character. The action is WAY too fast, and I'm studying framework and tweeners to remedy this (though if you look closely, you can see a jiggle ); It's all a learning experience.
Actually, the speed seems pretty much on the ball, give or take a FPS. It mimics that frenetic style found in today's animes fairly well. Plus, you can get away with a sloppy frame here and there the faster the pace.
good lord yes it is. to get the Nightcrawler teleport punch down, i had to create back grounds in photoshop for the flashing effects, and put a few blurs on individual frames....but with those blurs and tweens, i only had two real drawings to work on. it took several hours and several failures and do overs in the photoshop animation program, but finished product is well worth it. I was gonna work on an animation with a boobie jiggle with my alien Zalylis character next.....*droooollll*
